Return / Exchange Eligibility
- Eligible within 7 days, product must be unused, unopened, sealed and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase required.
- Used skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Sale/clearance items
Lost or Undelivered Packages
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, you must notify us within 24 hours of the delivery notification.
We will investigate the matter with the logistics provider and take appropriate steps to resolve the issue.
Return Process
To initiate a return, contact us with order details and reason.
Return shipping is customer-responsible unless item is damaged or incorrect.
Refund Processing
Refund/exchange processed within 7–14 business days after inspection.
Damaged or Wrong Product
